VSF CAMP TUITION
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CAMP TUITION:
The price for each program includes:
- Transport from Paris to the Camp supervised by the Camp Staff (by coach bus or by TGV train)
- Full Camp Session including use of all camp equipment, and participation in all camp programs and field trips
- Lodging, full board and laundry service
- Medical Insurance coverage
- Supervision and Support from the VSF Team during the entire camp session
For all our campers flying unaccompanied to Paris:
- Airport Pick up/drop off on dates of arrival and departure and full time supervision of the children in Paris by the VSF Team,
- All transfers (Airport, Train Station, Hotel),
- Hotel accommodation at our selected hotel in Paris, breakfast included.
Everything necessary for each participant to have
a great camp experience!
Tuition does not include:
- Airfare
- Dinners at the hotel and any extra meals in Paris
- Trip Cancellation Insurance
- Personal spending money
- Any extra service provided to accommodate your child’s trip
- Personal expenses
- Any medical expenses not covered by VSF’s Insurance coverage
Please note:
Our tuition prices are based on our investment in the program (The cost of the program divided by the total number of participants rather than per camper / per trip calculation). Some parents choose to bring their children to the camp themselves, please note that whether you choose to have your children travel with the group from Paris or not the tuition remains the same. This applies to all VSF families. Transportation and hotel accommodation is an extra service we provide for children flying unaccompanied to meet our group in Paris.
